Privacy policy
This page explains the limited personal-data processing connected with the VYNERIQ website and written inquiry flow.
1. Controller and contact
The controller for the processing described here is Jesús Rodríguez Pérez, trading as VYNERIQ, established in Granada, Spain. Privacy requests can be sent to jesus@vyneriq.com.
2. Data we may receive
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your business or agency name, email address, the tools involved, a non-confidential description of the problem, and any optional budget range, timing or country information you choose to provide. Please do not send credentials, customer records, employee records, confidential logs or other sensitive material through the public form.
For abuse prevention, the inquiry service derives short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit keys from technical request information and the email address. The public form does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request logs under their own service configurations.
3. Why we process it
The legal basis will depend on the context and can include steps requested before entering a contract and VYNERIQ's legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, securing the service and measuring the usefulness of its public pages. We do not use the inquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
4. Providers and international processing
Website and inquiry operations currently use service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application infrastructure and database services, and Google Workspace/Gmail for internal notification and correspondence. These providers may use their own subprocessors and may process technical or account data outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfers are relevant, they are handled under the provider's applicable contractual or legal transfer mechanism. You can request more information from the contact above.
Submitting the public form does not authorize VYNERIQ to send the contents to an AI model, publish them, or use them as a client case study.
5. Retention
Unprogressed website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. If the inquiry becomes an active commercial or contractual matter, records may be retained for longer where needed for the engagement, accounting, legal claims, security or other applicable obligations. Provider technical logs may follow separate retention periods controlled by those providers.
6. Measurement and browser privacy signals
VYNERIQ's first-party website measurement sends only the page path, referrer hostname and allowlisted campaign labels. It does not set analytics cookies or write a visitor identifier to browser storage. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the VYNERIQ analytics script does not send the measurement event.
7. Automated decisions
The website may label an inquiry for human review based on simple rules such as the selected request type or whether the description appears to mention sensitive data. This does not automatically accept or reject a client, set a binding price, issue a contract or make a legal decision about you.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We may need to verify identity before acting on a request so that personal data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
9. Changes
We may update this notice if the website, providers or processing purposes materially change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current public version.
