Automation Rescue · n8n / Make / APIs

Your workflow ran.
Did the right thing happen?

Duplicate records. Missing follow-ups. A failed API nobody notices. Start with one costly automation problem — not a proposal to replace your entire stack.

B2B engineering · Written-first discovery · No payment or account access needed for the initial review

One problem. A bounded way forward.

Rescue a fragile workflow

Investigate missing records, duplicate actions, expired access and uncertain outcomes after retries.

Connect an operational gap

Assess one handoff between a form, CRM, database or API before committing to a larger implementation.

Add agency delivery capacity

Scope a defined implementation package under agreed responsibilities — not employment or an open-ended promise.

Practical engineering, not invented client results

Three checks before calling an automation reliable.

These are illustrative test cases, not client case studies or measured savings.

Replay the same event

Submit the same synthetic event twice. Check the destination, not just the workflow's green status: a duplicate business action must be prevented or explicitly reconciled.

Lose the acknowledgement

The destination accepts a write, but the reply never arrives. Can you identify the existing result before retrying? An uncertain outcome is not proof of failure.

Expire a credential

Check that the error is visible, retries stop at a defined limit and the operator has a safe recovery path. Do not test by disrupting a production credential.

Run destructive and failure-injection tests only in an authorized test environment with synthetic data. Passing these checks is not a security certification or a guarantee of zero failures.

Optional · no email gate

A quick reliability self-check.

Check only the controls you have actually verified. Leave unknown controls unchecked. This checklist identifies questions to investigate; it does not audit your implementation.

Selections remain in this page. They are not sent to analytics or added to your inquiry.

Review → diagnose if needed → implement → operate.

1. Written feasibility review

Submit a non-confidential description directly below. We assess fit, missing information and a sensible next step. A request is not automatically a qualified opportunity.

2. A scope you can approve

If investigation is needed, agree a paid diagnostic. If the work is already clear, move directly to a scoped proposal. Price, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance come before payment.

3. Test, hand over, maintain

Any agreed build includes explicit tests and handoff. Recurring monitoring and maintenance are a separate, bounded agreement.

We do not promise every integration is feasible, a fixed delivery date before access is understood, 24/7 support, regulatory approval or a zero-failure system. Larger projects are split into milestones.

Start with the expensive bottleneck

Send a useful brief in two minutes.

Tell us what should happen, what happens instead and why it matters. No call needs to be booked to start.

Submit directly here. No email app or account signup is needed. A reference appears only after your inquiry has been saved.

No passwords, API keys, customer records, employee information or unredacted logs. File uploads are deliberately not requested.

Privacy and measurement

Submitting sends your email and brief to our private inquiry system to assess and respond to your request. The basis is steps requested before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business contact and preventing abuse, as applicable. Required fields are needed to respond; the other fields are optional. We do not add you to a newsletter, sell this information or make an automated decision to accept a project.

Unprogressed inquiry records are removed after 90 days. An active engagement or legal obligation can require a different retention period. The application database is in the EU on Supabase. Our hosting and communications providers also process necessary technical data under their applicable terms and safeguards; no claim is made that all provider operations occur only in the EU.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing. You may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, AEPD. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. See the full privacy policy for the centralized notice.

Checklist answers stay in your browser. Analytics receives only page/button events and allowlisted campaign labels, never the form text or your email. There are no analytics cookies or visitor identifiers on this page. Browser Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control disables analytics and campaign attribution. Separate short-lived pseudonymous rate counters help protect the public form. Hosting providers may retain technical request logs.
