CONTROLLED AUTOMATION · n8n / APIs

When the workflow turns green, verify the business outcome.

VYNERIQ repairs n8n/API automations where duplicate records, missed handoffs, uncertain writes or silent failures make the workflow hard to trust. We define what success means outside n8n, not only inside it.

Start with the outcome your team needs

Lead intake to a usable CRM record

Check required inputs, field ownership and repeated events before downstream tasks are created.

An order or document handoff

Define the source of truth, intended destination result and what happens to exceptions and cancellations.

An integration that needs rescue

Investigate missing acknowledgements, retries, expired access or undocumented recovery. Repair the agreed boundary—not every system at once.

Illustrative scopes, not past client results. Feasibility depends on the actual systems and permissions.

What a useful first review answers

Which part appears feasible, what needs evidence and whether a diagnostic, prototype or scoped build is appropriate. To begin, send the tools, trigger, expected result, observed problem and business impact. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records or confidential logs.

Where an API or permission is unknown, we identify it as a dependency. We do not turn it into a fixed-price promise by assumption.

Business Outcome Verification

An agreed implementation should define mapping rules, duplicate behaviour, unavailable-service handling, recovery, release approval and handover. Tests use an authorized environment and synthetic records before production changes are considered.

The lab is a synthetic educational model with downloadable tests, not a running n8n integration, security certification or zero-failure guarantee.

Agree the scope before payment

A sufficiently clear integration may proceed to a proposal. An uncertain one may need a paid diagnostic or prototype first. Deliverables, dependencies, price and acceptance are agreed before paid work. Recurring monitoring and maintenance are separate, bounded commitments; no 24/7 SLA is implied.
